What I do
I help companies take the hard parts of product delivery — platform engineering, agentic AI adoption, operating-model change, executive alignment — and turn them into systems teams actually want to use. Less theatre, more throughput.
Most of my work sits at the seam between strategy and the day-to-day: reshaping how delivery organizations plan, measure, and ship. I write about what's working (and what isn't) inside enterprises making this transition.
